Elnino Labs ("Elnino Labs", "we", "us") operates Elnexa, a mobile app for booking and running pickleball activities. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Elnexa does not process payments

Elnexa is a booking and activity management tool, not a payment processor. Venues post activities and players book them; if a booking requires payment, that payment is arranged and settled directly between the player and the venue, entirely outside the app (for example by bank transfer, cash, or card at the venue). Elnexa has no payment gateway, does not move money, and never sees or stores card or bank account credentials.

As a convenience, a player can optionally attach proof of a payment they already made outside the app (such as a screenshot or PDF receipt) to a booking, so the player and venue have a shared reference. Elnexa stores that file as-is and does not verify, validate, or reconcile it against any bank, card network, or payment processor - it is informational only, and any confirmation of payment is a matter between the player and the venue.

Under fair usage, uploaded media are retained for 6 months and are then subject to deletion to keep shared platform storage fairly distributed. This especially includes payment proof files such as screenshots or PDF receipts, and any other file-type media shared on the platform.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Activity and booking information, including sessions you join, host, or officiate.
• A booking's payment status (for example, pending or settled) as recorded by the player or venue, and any optional proof-of-payment file a player chooses to attach.
• Match and scoring data associated with activities you participate in.
• Device and usage information, such as app version and basic diagnostics, to keep the service reliable.

How we use your information

• To operate bookings, activities, rosters, and scoring.
• To let players and venues track and share whether a booking has been settled outside the app.
• To communicate confirmations, schedule changes, and support messages.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the app.
• To generate exports, such as DUPR-compatible competition results, at a business's request.

Sharing your information

We share information with the venues and businesses you book activities through, so they can manage sessions you're part of, including any payment status or proof-of-payment file you choose to attach to a booking. We use trusted service providers to operate the app's backend infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information, and since Elnexa does not process payments, we do not share information with any payment processor on your behalf.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, maintain venue operational history, and resolve disputes. Under fair usage, operational data and uploaded media are retained for 6 months and are then subject to deletion, except where longer retention is needed for legal, audit, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or venue-operational reasons.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below. You can also delete your Elnexa account from inside the app by opening Profile and choosing Delete account. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion through the page at elnexa.elninolabs.com/delete-account.

When your account is deleted, sign-in access ends and personal identifiers we control are deleted or anonymized, including profile details, contact details, notification tokens, pickleball profile details such as DUPR identifiers, and payment proof files you uploaded. Some booking, payment-status, attendance, score, activity, and audit records may remain where needed for venue operations, legal or accounting obligations, security, or dispute resolution. Retained product-visible references to your account should show only "Deleted Account" and should not expose your former name, email, phone number, Profile Code, gender, DUPR details, avatar identity, or payment proof content.

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. If we need to retain some information for a longer venue-operational, legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution period, we will tell you what is being retained and why.
