Delete Account

Elnexa is operated by Elnino Labs. You can request deletion of your Elnexa account and associated personal data from inside the Elnexa app or by emailing us.

Request deletion in the app

In the Elnexa app, open your Profile and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@elninolabs.com from the email address used for your Elnexa account. Include "Elnexa account deletion request" in the subject.

What we delete or anonymize

After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in. We remove or anonymize personal identifiers we control, including your account access, profile details, contact details, notification tokens, and user-editable profile information. Where Elnexa still needs to show historical participation records, your name is replaced with "Deleted Account".

What may be retained

Some booking, payment-status, attendance, score, activity, and audit records may be retained where they are needed as venue operational records, legal or accounting records, security records, or to resolve disputes. These retained records should not expose your former name, email address, phone number, or other direct personal identifiers.

Timing

We aim to complete account deletion requests within 30 days. If we need to retain some information for a longer legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution period, we will tell you what is being retained and why.
