Elnino Labs ("Elnino Labs", "we", "us") operates Elnexa, a mobile app and companion website for booking and running pickleball activities. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Elnexa does not process payments

Elnexa is a booking and activity management tool, not a payment processor. Venues post activities and players book them; if a booking requires payment, that payment is arranged and settled directly between the player and the venue, entirely outside the app (for example by bank transfer, cash, or card at the venue). Elnexa has no payment gateway, does not move money, and never sees or stores card or bank account credentials.

As a convenience, a player can optionally attach proof of a payment they already made outside the app (such as a screenshot or PDF receipt) to a booking, so the player and venue have a shared reference. Elnexa stores that file as-is and does not verify, validate, or reconcile it against any bank, card network, or payment processor - it is informational only, and any confirmation of payment is a matter between the player and the venue.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Activity and booking information, including sessions you join, host, or officiate.
• A booking's payment status (for example, pending or settled) as recorded by the player or venue, and any optional proof-of-payment file a player chooses to attach.
• Match and scoring data associated with activities you participate in.
• Device and usage information, such as app version and basic diagnostics, to keep the service reliable.

How we use your information

• To operate bookings, activities, rosters, and scoring.
• To let players and venues track and share whether a booking has been settled outside the app.
• To communicate confirmations, schedule changes, and support messages.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the app and website.
• To generate exports, such as DUPR-compatible competition results, at a business's request.

Sharing your information

We share information with the venues and businesses you book activities through, so they can manage sessions you're part of, including any payment status or proof-of-payment file you choose to attach to a booking. We use trusted service providers to operate the app's backend infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information, and since Elnexa does not process payments, we do not share information with any payment processor on your behalf.

Data retention

We retain account and activity information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
